Yes, I believe teens aged from 13-19 should be allowed to experiment with sexual things when they want to.
If two teens are taught well enough to be mature and responsible enough to use protection, then there is no reason why they can't experiment and experience sex. Yes, there are ALOT of teens that can be careless and end up having unprotected sex but that doesn't mean teenagers in general aren't capable of the responsibility that comes with sex. And no, abstinence is NEVER a good way to teach them.
It's not just sex though. It is also to do with masturbation and fetishes. A teen should have the right to explore his/her body as it can be very healthy. It helps him/her to get to know their body. As for fetishes, most teens DO indeed develop a fetish of some kind. Now granted, there are ALOT of fetishes that can be disturbing and harmful, but if the fetish is harmless and isn't affecting anyone, they should have the right to experiment with that as well, provided they do it with the right people at the right time.
I am not saying EVERY teen has do this. If you are comfortable in your teenhood without masturbating or having sex then you are respected as well. You don't need to do it to become "cool", "unique" or be considered an "adult". BUT (and this is a big but), if a teen or teens want to experience the sexual nature of human beings, they should have the right to do so, and should be taught the RIGHT sex education so there are less issues. Yes, while teens may still be kids, they are also in development in becoming adults. So hormones are ALL over the place.

under 16 or not sexul fetishes and masturbation is normal but i don't support anyone under 16 having sex i'm almost 16 but i'd still rather wait till marriage but if i had any friends who had sex before marriage i can respect that and most teens who are turning 16 are gonna be like OH I'M ALMOST 16 I CAN FINALLY HAVE SEX WITH MY GIRLFRIEND/BOYFRIEND but there's so much more to life that just sex which is one of the reasons i'd rather wait till marriage also for religious reasons too

Before age 16 some masturbation is still understandable... but sex? One thing is to start to discover the body and the other is sex itself!
If I had children, first let them gather knowledge on the subject and only when they become a little older they were actually having a sexual relationship. Not that I judge them by age (for each case is unique), but precisely because it is a phase of discovery they may still have some uncertainty or something.

I wouldn't support 13 years old having sex. They've only just started learning about sex and the like. I think 15 years (which is the legal age for sex in my country) is pretty fine.
I do however support having lots of education about sex in school. I remember I only had two days of sex education in my school at age 14, and I honestly feel it's waaay to little. We simply learned what sex is and that you're supposed to wear protection. I wish we had more, especially about masturbation, because a lot of people start masturbate in that age and will feel confused to whenether it's okay or not, and it's also the time where the body is still changing a lot.

Well, teenagers are going to feel sexually frustrated. I'd say it's okay for them to experiment as long as they are smart enough to wear protection and not do it all over the place.

I agree, but they can get in trouble if they were under the age of consent and caught, like suspension (or expelling), having that go on their record, getting kicked out of clubs, ect.

I'm on the same boat. I can agree there are many teenagers who are too stupid and/or lazy to use protection but that's how people think and not their age.

The main reason why a lot of teens are stupid when it comes to sex is because people are stupid enough not to teach them anything other than, "Sex is evil, don't have it."
When I have kids, I'm going to educate them on sex and birth control (including condoms), and once they are old enough(11-13), I'm putting them on birth control. I don't really like teenage sex, but what I want and what happens are two different things.

Well it all comes down to whether one supports the notion of same-sex practices to fully answer the inquiry of the stamp.
In my case I don't, therefore fundamentally, I'm not supportive of "experimenting".

Um, this stamp also means supporting teens practicing HETEROSEXUAL sex as well. A teenage boy and teenage girl can experiment with that as long as they wear protection.
