I know I did a foot tutorial before, but it was my first one so it was short and not so good.I think this one here is much better at explaining how to draw and understand feet. As always, keep drawing from real life, photographs and your favorite artists. There is no replacement for observation. COPY COPY COPY everything you see, and then use it to make something new....ish.

That's pretty normal, I think. It's probably more important to learn how to draw shoes, heels and socks. I'm doing that tutorial now. Honestly, I almost never draw bare feet.

they can definitely be a nuisance. Sometimes it's easier to be like Mike Mignola (Artist for Hellboy). He rarely ever draws the feet. Just obscures them with some object in the foreground or zooms in the camera to cut them out. I'm serious, he avoids them like the plague.
