I now present you, New Earth's resident metahuman assasin.

Secret Origins: One of the many attempts of the USA's goverment of recreating the Super Soldier serum that made Captain America, Slade Wilson originally enlist to the army at the short age of 16, serving as a soldier for many years, eventually meeting his future wife, Captain Adelyne Kane, who would train Slade on many different ways of combat both hand to hand and with artillery along with training on sword-fighting and martial arts. Years later Adelyne and Slade would had their first born son, Grant.
Some time later, Wilson volunteered for a medical experiment based on Project: REBIRTH, as the goverment had recently acquired a drug similar to Dr. Erskine's formula at the deep Chinese sea, allegedly called the Mirai Kuru, injecting into Slade's body. The experiment did not go as expected, and Slade fell into a coma, the Mirai Kuru although having made his body much powerful, it had a minimum degenerating effect on his body, it's most noticible part being the early growth of grey hair. When he awakened however, he discovered that he was now capable of using 90% of his brain capacity, and his strength, durability and agility were increased to near-superhuman levels. He applied for re-assignment with the Army, but they refused him. Although his condition was now stabilized, depression took hold of him and he was desperate to serve his country. At this time, Adeline became pregnant with their second child, Joseph. Unable to further his career in the military, Slade turned towards to many things that could fullfill that spot, eventually founding a gig as a mercenary.
The Terminator: A few years later, a group of hired mercenaries broke into the Wilson's house and kidnapped Slade's second son Joey, both him and Adelyne taking him on their own to find their son, eventually finding him with a knive to his throat by the hand of one of Slade's rival mercenary which wanted Slade to reveal important information relating to a client or else he would have his men kill Joey. Slade gambled on the idea that he could save his son before his rival could give the order. Unfortunately, Joseph's throat was slashed by one of the criminals before Slade could prevent it, destroying his vocal cords and rendering him mute. After taking Joseph to the hospital, Slade's wife, enraged at his endangerment of her son, tried to kill Slade by shooting him, but only managed to destroy his right eye.
Currently, Slade continues his job as a mercenary, having been hired by many different companies and secret arms of the goverment, one of these being the Weapon X project which he served for many years up until the death of his son, Grant. Slade decided to continue upon his son's contract from HIVE, attacking the team he considered responsable of the death of his son, the Titans.
The Judas Contract: And thus the long game was set up, each time each player played it's card, the other opposed greatly. Eventually, after many battles with the Titans, Slade figured one way to defeat the Titans was to have one working for him, as the year of 2007 was closing down, a new member joined the ranks of the Titans, Terra.
However, Terra was in fact a double-agent, just there to get information on the team's secret identities and helping him on taking down the team. Eventually, Slade took on most of the Titans, taking them down sistematically.
Despite his efforts, eventually his plan falled over thanks to Dick Grayson having managed to escape, coming back alongside the help of his son Jericho but also due to Terra inadvertidly causing HIVE's base to fall over, causing her death and allowing the Titans to escape.
Task Force XI: In the following years after this, Slade went dark, his prescense becoming much more unknown and even speculated that he might had been killed. However, Slade was not dead but rather on hiding. During this time, Slade ended many of his unfinished buisness, even figuring he had a daughter.
Eventually on 2014, Slade was hired to become the leader of Lex's personal Suicide Squad. Their mission? Killing the original team.
