UPDATE: Now fully compliant with Winamp 5. For some reason it won't let you download it anymore, but you can get it from my web site here: Overdrive2.walIt took some German Engineering and a lot of work to turbo-charge this skin. The "German Engineering" is in the form of aid from Sven Kistner, aka ~ bartibartman , author of MMD3. The "lot of work" is the following set of new features:
- more detailed leather and steel wheel
- completely redone buttons, now integrated with the wheel
- completely redone equalizer
- small items and bug fixes, ex: skinned tooltips
- improved color presets (try the Night Driving preset)
No change to the clean interface design from the previous version, so if you liked the last version, I think you'll like this one even better.

An unusual skin.
It probably stood out for me from the rest here. Simply because it's original. It also reminds me I should take more lessons soon in driving. lol

Well, now I have WA3, I checked this out, and I must say the improvements are excellent, the leather looks like leather, the controls are no much more well placed and look even better too. Welzi says you cant shrink? Hmm, I found two locations on this that allow it, a control menu and a dragable thing about 5 o'clock on the wheel..Pleased you kept the indicator glow on that thinger thingie - you most certainly did put a lot of work on this. Black Gold has my nod of approval

i like it. cool and orinal, just one thing tho, i like skins you can shrink and run in the top corner on top of everthing... the small version is too big if you get what i mean, still a great idea, well made too

this is lookin great man, i liek the idea , and i like when the equalizer shows up all the time .
and this is a big improvement from the last version.

Very nice concept. I love all the tiny details. But i don't like the fact that the equalizer is viewable at all times. If you find a way to hide it i think it will better.

... what a sleek look... it's obvious that A LOT of work went into this; everything is so refined yet easy to read, which is the first thing I notice with some of these overblown interfaces...

very original. couldn't test drive it because i'm sticking with winamp2, but i'm sure it's all working as it should. i might be wrong, but this is DD material right here
