yes i see your point and actually i'd say the same but ( i hope you don't mind me babbling xD ) when you get to the wheatley trakes over scene she makes a frown ( i dunno at what exact phrase just now) i referenced this one and apparently she can lower her "facial" panel downwards so it causes this sort of glare.
I still might not gotten it on spot but then again lemme tell you the way her head is attached to her body there makes no sense either xD
