They have the Ponyville School Pals set, featuring these 4 ponies. Β The display is set up much like the scene from the Show Stoppers episode, so you can pretend the Crusaders are performing in the talent show while their teacher watches from backstage.

In every custom I've seen they just leave it alone. Painting a cutie mark on such a tiny pony toy (since there's no fashion Cheerilee) is pretty tricky.
