I come with yet another creepypasta OC. And yes, this time it is a "the killer" OC. I have decided that after seeing all of those piss poor "the killer" OCs (the bad ones, not the good ones), I have decided to try my hand at a well-rounded, and original "the killer" OC. It's time I show people that a "the killer" OC CAN have "the killer" if they do not have Jeff involved or even look like him.
Update: Fixed a couple of mistakes, added in a few things.

How S/he kills/wounds in Combat: He strolls the streets at night to see what criminals are about, and when he sees what he thinks is trouble, he sneaks up behind and strikes them in the head.
Weaknesses: Normal human weaknesses like getting shot, runed over, stabbed, sliced, being exhausted, etc.
Strengths:
Knows how to make a smelter with common household supplies.
Can sneak up on people easily.
Can be a fast runner.
Can play baseball very well.
History: His backstory will be given a revamp.

Notes:
He tends to visit the underworld from time to time from a well far behind his house.
While he normally kills criminals, he also tends to steal money from them as well. To keep paying bills.
Whether he is a murderer, or a hero is up to those that see him.
He has a special tube container attached to a shoulder belt to put his bat in when he is not using it.
Ironically, despite targeting criminals, he has happened to befriend other criminals. His reasons, he tends to target worse criminals.

He's not really a killer... More like a "Casey Jones" character. Casey Jones being a vigilante from the TMNT series. Who uses sports equipment to fight evil. But the thief thing would work if he wasn't called "The Killer" I'd just prefer something like: "Boston Basher" or "Freddy the Baseball Basher" or just "Ben the Batter"

Actually, Fredrick is a lot different from Casey Jones in that Casey uses mostly hockey sticks while Fredrick uses a baseball bat to fight. Fredrick is suppose to be a character who is questionable whether he is a hero or a sick murderer.
Plus, he was made as a attempt to help counter the bad "The Killer" OCs that have been popping around on DA for some time that with all those Jeff clones, I figured "Why not do a character to give more justice to "The Killer" title." So that's what I did.
And to be honest, I plan to update his reference soon, which means some parts of his back story will change and I plan to change some things as well.

It's my advice. I admit I worded it wrong as if it was an order. I should of typed: If you wanna do a killer character. I recommend "The Mask" character.

I know it was advice. If I were to make Fredrick a lot like "The Mask" character, it would take a lot of work to revamp him into being something like the big, green headed loon that can't be destroyed and the likes.

It's "advice" if you want to make him a "killer" also. I did not say for him to be "exact" as that's an "obvious ripoff"
A "killer" is a immoral person who commits the act of murder for a petty motive or unknown motive. "The Joker" "Dexter Morgan" etc.
A "vigilante" or "anti-hero" is someone usually seen as someone who kills criminals for an ulterior motive... Like "The Punisher" or "The Mask" (Lt. Kellaway) and so on and etc.
