Hello everyone!

Since I felt like doing another meme thing, I decided to do a crossover one.

For mines, I chose the main characters from Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunter and the universe of Soul Eater.

2013 was basically the year where I was spending the final year in high school and I was beginning to wonder what to do in the next part of my life.

It was the year when I first saw Soul Eater on Toonami. I remember that I was watching Toonami on Saturday back then in 2013 when I first saw the very first episode of the show itself. The moment when I first saw the show, I was enthralled by it, and I really began to like it. After watching the next two episodes, I became very attached to the series itself. When my family went to pick up my older brother at the train station a couple of weeks after, we went to Best Buy where I found a copy of the entire series on a 8 disc collection set. I just had to get it. When I got home, I began to rewatch the first three episodes themselves, and I've had begun to watch the rest of the series on the DVDs and after watching many of the episodes, I became a fan of the series and I have loved it ever since.

Also in the same year, Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunter came out in theaters and after seeing the advertisement, I just had to go see it. Seeing that it was a modernized retelling of the old story of Hansel and Gretel itself, but also picking up right where the old tale itself left off, and seeing the duo themselves grow up to be a pair of witch hunters is kind of unique. After watching this film, I have grown to love it as a result.

In fact, as most of my watchers would know, both of these were an inspiration for my CP/SV/SCP/Horror universe.

The concepts just feel so similar when you think about it.

Main female is aggressive while main male is more passive.

World where supernatural stuff happens.

Characters go out hunting witches.

There's magic as well.

I can just picture the cast from Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunter fitting in within Soul Eater and they wouldn't look out of place.

I can just imagine Hansel and Gretel going to the DWMA to meet Lord Death himself to help destroy those witches as well as occasionally help out to destroy any Kishins that might pose a threat.

It just feels like good fanfiction material when you think about it.
