Description
(This tutorial is kind of old, so I apologise if it's not that helpful ^^" there are probably better ways to draw these now - maybe I should write a new version ouo)These are the kinds of big, bulky fluffy clouds I see in anime, especially Studio Ghibli movies such as Howl's Moving Castle, The Wind Rises and also other anime films like The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.

I always feel as though, if the camera panned around those clouds, you would find a sheep's head sticking out of it. So woolly and fluffy! ^^

Either that or a pan down would reveal a large stick. It would then be clear that it was a giant ball of fairy floss all along! By the way, we say Fairy Floss in Australia instead of Cotton Candy.
