(This tutorial is kind of old, so I apologise if it's not that helpful ^^" there are probably better ways to draw these now - maybe I should write a new version ouo)

These are the kinds of big, bulky fluffy clouds I see in anime, especially Studio Ghibli movies such as Howl's Moving Castle, The Wind Rises and also other anime films like The Girl Who Leapt Through Time.
