Hi everyone!
Heres my tutorial on how to draw anime-ish trees. I know Im not that good at this but Ive been asked a few times about how I draw my trees. Now I improved at it and thought Id share my way of drawing them with those who are interested.
So basically sketch your tree and use bubbly-cloud shapes for your foliage. I have my color palette there,you can choose yours or just pick my colors to practice a bit. I'll provide the link of the brush I used below. Basically all I did here is adding lighter and lighter colors to add some dimension. Keep in mind that adding the lighter colors randomly wont help you get to the finished result. You have to decide where is your light source so it helps you figure out where to keep adding the lighter colors on top. I like to think of my bubbly shapes as if they're 3D balls (I know you're having dirty thoughts now ^^') .
At the end I made a new layer and lowered it to about 20-30 %,you can play with the opacity and see what you like best,then I used the airbrush and picked a nice bright blue color and kept adding it around the edges from the bottom,its basically some kind of reflection and it gives you a better look anddd the last I added noise effect by going to filter>noise. I set it around 9%,you can lower it or add more,its up to you ^^

Keep in mind that Im not a professional artist,I just like to do this and Im sharing what I learned so far,you can always experiment and find what works best for you ^^
