I try the best I can to draw them like I remember them from old cartoons or books I read when I was a little sprout of a kid. But I end up making them look like a winged iguana with a bad case of heart burn.

Hmm. I sometimes try to draw more "original" dragons but the storybook image comes naturally to me.
The "firesnake" painting I just made looks more like some sort of iguana
The dragon from disney's sleeping beauty or tolkien's smaug are REAL dragons.

Now those are some dragons you would think though that they would be really easy to do considering they don't look like much at first glimpse .
