Yeah, it's true. I still haven't fully got used to my graphics tablet and pen so I quite often use mouse for digital work. It's ust practice, I guess

How long it take from start to finish? It is hard or easy to make a lineless art with mouse?

It took about 3 hours to do in total. It was quite easy for me, but I have had a lot of practice in drawing with a mouse and with working on black backgrounds so you don't need to draw in any lines.
I basically worked on a black background starting with dark colours and gradually working through lighter colours, using white as a highlight last.
