"Obsolete represents the concept of technological singularity; a future where machines and technology become so advanced that human-kind is deemed unnecessary."
Upgrade's concept is that our mortal bodies are insufficient, and last too short of a time to truly learn or do anything of great value. In this alternate future, we humans give up our souls in exchange for immortality, and technology is the key.

thanks! depthcore is an exclusive invite only collective of digital artists and illustrators. one of the first 'art-groups' if you will, that led the way for the many collectives out there today, such as slashTHREE, EvokeOne, Intrinsic Nature, The Luminarium, Heartsurge, etc.
the collective usually comes up with a theme in private discussion, and then the artists have a couple months to create something for the decided theme, and then we release all the artwork at once in an online exhibition.
