This pic is specially ironic, as I started playing with the nickname "Butterscotch~" exactly to stop playing as Medic everytime (as people wouldn't recognize me easily, they wouldn't be asking me to join as med, lol). But Butterscotch fits perfectly as a Medic, even more than Fluttershy, I think...
