...Y'know, there IS a difference between 'Keroro-izing' Sonic characters and 'Sonic-izing' Keroro characters.
I was bored one day, so I made this... ._.;
Keroro (Middle) : Hedgehog-frog
Tamama (Left-top) : Fox-frog
Giroro (Right-top) : Echidna-frog
Dororo (Left-bottom) : Bat-frog
Kururu (Right-bottom) : Hedgehog-frog

NOPE. Well... It's not that I couldn't tell, it's actually been quite a while since I've seen an English clip of it. ... I'm more of a reader of the manga than I am a viewer of the anime.

Yeah I'm sometimes like that too. What really confuses me is how 4kids changes the names of the characters and when I talk to my friends about the show I get confused on who they are talking about.

That's exactly what I think! Lol espetialy when they give the character a name that doesn't fit them at all, like they called Ichago from Tokyo Mew Mew, "zoey" Whats up with that?? And they renamed the show "Mew Mew Power" or something like that.

The show is directed to a younger audience, so the children may not understand the name(s)...

Weird. I guess it's because everyone who saw the preview versions of it said 'stick with their original names instead of shortening them'!

Hmm.....No probably because it was dubbed by "Funimation" personally its my favorite dubbing company, they keep the names and all soundboards and music unlike the "4kids" or "PHillipnesies" Company, they change the names of the characters and they spend to much time making sound effects and crap like that. Also its a HUGE waste of money. Its much cheaper to borrow the soundboards.
