It's an HDR shot - two exposures put together. Adjust curves and contrast a bit, lowered saturation as well.

Thanks. When you put the exposures together...do you do that afer they are taken...on the computer or is it done with the camera itself?

I took two separate shots and used Photoshop to blend the two shots using layer masks.
