u have to catch them in the wild and all are in stage 1 form...
also,if u want 2 catch the legendaries,u MUST,beat all gym leaders,elite 4,the rest....

btw ( by the way) The pokemon can learn any move (Awesome!!!) And there is a server which helps u level up pokemon!!!!!!! all u need is a pokemon that uses Hydro Cannon or Water Spout
