it annoys me when i see bouncy people and they don't bend their knees

I'd love to learn to do animation like this! I know it's so simple, but you did go the extra mile here. non-lazy bouncing. And the payoff was great, this looks absolutely fantastic!

Well the way I make my palettes is pretty easy. I have a custom filter I make manually every time after I finish. It evens all the colors out and adds a nice tone.
For the animation I've not done anything that's required much smoothing out. The knee bending is only 4 layers, with one of the layers just being a repeat. All I really did was move pixels over until it looked right.
The timing on other animations is tricky >-< tricky to explain as well...
I can't seem to find a way to explain it without being too confusing. I'll try to make a picture to show you what I did.
You can change whatever you want on the icons. But I'm too busy making others to make a change myself. @-@
