edit: PRINTS AVAILABLE, musical homies! hehehemy favorite painting that I've done so far....
this is my brother, doing what he loves most, besides singing.
there's a different kind of intensity in the music when you're just sitting at the piano with someone who's playing than when you're hearing it from the stage. There's a warmth there that doesn't happen during a performance.
I'm keeping it a secret from my family until Christmas...heehee

Holy cow. That is amazing. I love that you did it in warm colors. That's definitely remiscent of a concert performance. You know, how they put on those blinding, warm lights. Fantastic mood! Great great job.

yeah i was looking at a photo I took of his hands....it took me about 15 tries to get a remotely decent photo...haha cameras are frustrating.

YAY!! um it's 24 x 18. not really that big. The colors aren't quite that intense in real life, but they will be when i put the final varnish on it. Unfortunately I have to wait til summer for that. darn oil paints...haha

he didn't say what kind...if he did, I don't remember. I cant take the painting class next semester, but I'll still paint hopefully and I can go talk to him.

I just recently found out that in order to be a biology major at UT, I have to take Pre-cal, Chem 1 and 2, and Calculus before I even get there. And it totally sucks. so I wont have time for painting class.
