He creeps up behind people while they're not paying attention, and then.... does absolutely nothing, he is only a shadow after all.____________
Okay, so it's a lot like The Longbodys , but I liked it, and wanted to do it again.

... and to think, damn it, we had tons of them in my parents' bedroom when I was little and I never thought to snatch one as a pet. Stupid kids. I want one now and they're all gone now.

Outstanding, I love the colours here; so warm, and the way you've coloured the lower left corner slightly brighter, and the positioning of this shadow, make it really look like the light is coming from there.
Hehe I like the rug, the design seems to be pretty minimalistic.. And the colours are sweet too. *wants the rug for himself* 
And the fact that that person's cape or cloth-thing is so much darker than the other colours, and yet holds true to the overall scheme, makes him stand out and reaffirms him as a part of the picture.
The backdrop of this is pretty interesting too; it would seem to be a very large, thick curtain of some kind, judging by the folds in the material. It loos very stylish.
Ah and the shadow! 
Well, it's nice because of the description you gave.. But if I didn't know better I'd say that this shadow was an interpretation of that persno's evil inside, which he was trying to dispel through meditation.. Or something .
Anyway excellent work, love the minimalistic colouring above all else.
