I love the idea. The runny nose is visible yet noy yo obvious in full view. I think the thing could have done with a tad more contrast, but that|s just my opinion.

what is up with the shadow over her face? it works around the edges of the image, but looks like a smear or grubby fingerprint in the way over her face. neat image, but very hard to look at becasue it's all similar tones, all one shade. makes it feel soft but also interferes with viewing a bit, in my opinion. not that you need to listen to me, but thought i'd offer anyway.
