Very cool, I love the colors used (and the toxic shiny colors!), I love this idea, it's so unique! And I really like his body shape, something about the rotund body and skinny legs(and those shoe pom poms are adorable) but then the like flat top of the body, almost like ooze dripping, or icing, but obviously it's the ruffle of a clown outfit also, it's just really appealing, I like it.

- These Pokemon juggle constantly, the bubble-balloons they juggle are full of densely-packed toxic fumes. They seem happy and sad permanently all the time.
- Joklown are known to preform in large groups who will appear randomly in crowded areas like circuses and festivals. A noxious smell constantly emanates from Joklown's bubble-balloons.
