Seeing how Trip, Vergil, Stephan and Cameron were DLC trainers to battle in the PWT, I would've like to see the other two trainers in the game to battle. But I'd also like to see them in BW2.

Black and White 2 had DLC. In the PWT, you can download special tournaments such as fighting the top trainers from the previous PWT at the time (which has the BW rendition of the original Rival Battle theme from RBY as the fight music). But Japan had that as well as special tournament such as fighting a few gym leaders with legendaries and even fighting Trip, Stephen, Cameron and Virgil in the PWT.

It is. DLC means downloadable content and those battles are content that can only be obtained through downloading them via the internet.
