i would say he looks like electric type. And he is too ridiculous to be a gym leader.
The ghost type is okay except she shouldn't have a cross looking thing on her dress since it reminds of cristian symbol of crucifix, and doesn't exist in the pokemon world.
Then the psychic guy should be less pink since it's too flashy for any normal pokemon world person, even gym leaders! So i'd say you put him a darker tone of pink-purple or something...
And the flying type is a good idea if you cover up her boobs a bit and make the skirt a tiny bit less showing.
But i like how they look (except for the action toy)
