I had a lot of fun with this, and the commissioner was a complete dream, so...yeah, this drawing just makes me happy all over. :3Adobe Photoshop CS. ~15 hours.

While this is very impressive, I think that you went a little overboard on the details. There are too many folds in the jeans for it to be denim, and the muscles on the face and neck area seem a bit too prominent.
You would have done well to smooth it out a bit, specifically on the face and clothes.
Now, don't get me wrong, this is a very impressive picture. The hand is very well done, the fur on the arm and face (I also love the eye and nose), the hooves, and the anatomy are all great. =] It's just that the excessive folds and details are distracting from the piece as a whole.

Somehow I think this piece looks a little too detailed. There are so many wrinkles in the jeans that it looks more like satin than denim. His face is pretty good though; could be a bit 'smoother', know what I'm saying?

O_O Wow, this is absolutely amazing. The detail makes the piece so intricate, so complex, and oddly enough, both stylistic and realistic at the same time. Maybe it's the lighting and the contrasts in the artwork combined with the beautiful detailing, yet at the same time, it's more than simple realistic painting with a fantastical subject. No matter what it is, this is simply absolutely stunning. Congrats on the DD. This definitely deserves it.
