This is a brand new character who is developed from the idea of a world where Earth's atmosphere has thinned due to a massive solar storm sometime in the future. Anything connected to electric networks and Internet are completely at a standstill, limiting communication and technological use, the very things that humanity has grown so dependent on. Temperatures would be colder and certain resources would be restricted to different communities.
