Yes, a new breed. And free to create! Just make sure to submit too #FmnF-Breedssmall note, I hate how it came out. I'll be re-uploading a better version.
:EDIT: looks better doesn't it?
They are very closely related to the Cornelius Origin Unicorns, they appear to be direct descendants; [link]
They always have some kind of spikes or fines on their back. Number doesn't matter, size can be any, and shape can be resembling to any kind of sea-animal.
They always have some kind of wings or fines on the sides of their back. Wings and fins can't reach the ground when they are standing on the ground. Some are so small, you can hardly see them. The smallest are about 5 centimeters. They can resemble any kind of sea-animal's fineshowever you want to call it.
nr 1, 2, 4 and 5 are examples of spikes
nr 3 is an example of fines
They always have antennas. They can be anywhere on the head. They use these to sense any kind of 'waves' and are often tied to magical powers.
These appear casually. Not uncommon, but not common either. similar to the spikes and fines over the rest of the body, they can have any sea-animals's appearance.
nr 1, 4 and 5 are examples of this.
Any sea-animals's tail is possible. They length does have a minimum; the same length as the front legs. no maximum.
They always have a bent horn, that usually starts right between his eyes, and bends back towards the neck. they can have any color, usually matching the colors over the rest of the body.
The Cornelius Hippocampus comes in a wide vary of colors and markings. Here is a list to help you.
Nr 1: an example of a sea-animal with horse markings. In this case, a Stellar seal with mealy. Common appearing.
Nr 2: an example of a sea-animal with fantasy colors. In this case, a tropical fish with fantasy colors. note; the pattern will not change, only the colors Common Appearing.
Nr 3; an example of a horse-colored Hippocampus. In this case, a chestnut horse. These are rare. (and often have lesser magical powers)
Nr 4; an example of a horse-colored Hippocampus with fantasy accents. In this case, a Champagne bay with green accents. Uncommon appearing.
Nr 5; an example of a sea-colored Hippocampus. This one has a tropical fish as design. These are very common.
Similar to the Cornelius Unicorns, they can have multiple eye-colors, but they can have 1 solid eye color too.
They are very big, measuring from 180 cm to 250 cm. Over 250 is rare, but it can appear.
Ranges from light to warmblood to draft.
*You may notice, their appearance has a lot in common with certain sea-animals. This is most likely to increase there changes of survival in the wild.
ALWAYS
They have control over 'bubbles', and usually use them when they are taking humanoids with them in the water. So the humanoids will be able to breath under water. The bubbles also make sure their's riders body doesn't crush underneath the pressure. Despite the fact that they often only cover the head, or nose and mouth. They sometimes take other creatures, like dogs and cats with him inside the bubbles.
ALWAYS
They all can walk on water.
ALWAYS
Hovering is the power to lift there back-body and run on the land. the wings/fins are often used as if they are flying/swimming.
UNCOMMON
elemental control over water, one of it's forms or all.
COMMON
They often still have some traces of the original Cornelius Unicorns; such as the power over teleporation. However, never as good as the Cornelius Origin Unicorn.
UNCOMMON
Several other kinds of magic can appear. Feel free to give them any kind of magic you seem to find fitting.
Often kind, friendly and fun-loving and creature friendly. They are usually carry out tasks with a lot of joy, and are very easily tamed. There love for humanoids is almost creepy, they get attached so easy... Some do have a few strange quirks, in their joy, they love playing pranks at others.
They will generally eat plants, such as Algae [link] and grass. However, some are quite good hunters and will eat fish or sea-birds. Not all will be willing to eat fish, and some will really prefer fish.
---Swimming:
in the water, they are very fast, quick to turn and will generally do anything in you want them to do in the water.
--Water Walking:
Dressage, Racing, and usually all disciplines you try them in.
-Land:
Racing or Halter. Because they have 'hoover' you can enter them in races or halter. They prefer moving at high speeds while on land, most of them find it easier to hoover.
They will pretty much breed with anything you give them the chance to breed with.
Also, they lay eggs in the waters. 1-6 eggs is common.

who is Percy Jackson?
And I'm pretty sure they aren't, since they are my own personal creation. I don't think somebody has the same breed as me, with all the same details.
