Aldrea picked up the crude, hand-made spear from the cold hands of a dead Hork-Bajir, looking with silent horror at the still feebly-squirming and mangled body of a Yeerk. Yeerks may have been the horrible beings that had destroyed her family and were on a violent rampage about the galaxy, but this raid on the makeshift Yeerk pool had been devastating on both sides. Hork-Bajir, the once kind and friendly race of vegetarians, had become pawns in a war that hadn't even been theirs to fight. The Yeerks of the pool had been brutally destroyed, and despite their cruel intentions, the death of a defenseless, blind slug saddened Aldrea.

Yes, I am a huge Animorphs fan, but have never really done any fanart before. I decided to try my hand at my favourite Andalite, Aldrea Iskillion Falan. I've always imagined female Andalites as having heather gray or soft purple fur, and really wasn't sure what Yeerk blood looked like so I kinda BS'd that. >>

Anywho, do enjoy. I hope I did her justice. <3
