As the days passed, the growing threat of Krazoa loomed nearer and nearer towards the ancient city. The steep mountains could not stop him, the harsh sands could not stall him, every step he took meant that the destruction of Khelemak was ever closer.

But by then Argus had grown into a skilled warrior, able to cleave stone with her blades with deadly efficiency, and had grown agile for a hefty underspawn. Though she could not harness the power of the cosmos Gor'gahn wasn't too worried, if Argus had beaten him by tomorrow then the Celestus would grant her such power to defeat Krazoa.

As of Argus, she was preparing for tomorrow's fight, by lazing around on her bed. It wasn't everyday you got to try and save your own kind from a magical madman, she thought. Then out of nowhere she heard a few taps on the door, with a sluggish grunt she heaved herself off the bed and opened it. Ar'dalla stood in front, clad in nothing but her bra and pants, exposing so much orange flesh it could have lit the cathedral itself. She carried with her a large trolley full of many foods, all hand made and cooked by herself.

"Uh, hi?" Argus sniffed the sweet aroma that came from the trolley, it sure smelt nice.

"Greetings, sage! My master asked me to make sure you were well-fed for tomorrow's battle, so I cooked up some food for you!" The halfbreed looked down onto the underspawn's stomach, it was clear that she had raided the pantry a while ago, given that her huge stomach was seeping out from her shirt and squishing on the sides of the door.

"I just ate, also why are ya barely clothed?" Argus gave a puzzled look to the halfbreed who then gestured awkwardly in a attempt to hide the blush on her cheeks.

"I was just...going out for a trip to the sauna, yes that's it, nothing to get to concerned about!" A large rumble could be heard inside Argus's stomach, so big that you could see the stomach flesh vibrate. The halfbreed, in pure instinct, put her hands on the sides of her stomach and pushed it back into the room. Argus landed onto the seat of the only chair in the room as she gave a look of embarrassment.

"Sounds like you're starving, again." Ar'dalla smiled as she pulled the trolley into the room and shut the door tight, trapping Argus in the room with her.

"Oh no it's not that, trust me I've had enough...though that food does smell nice ya know!" Argus nervously smiled as the halfbreed rested the side of her face against the soft stomach flesh, they both knew the lie.

"Then let's get started!" Ar'dalla promptly shoved a chunk of cooked turkey into the underspawn's gullet.

Two hours later...

"Ughhhh, fuck..." Argus gave a loud belch as the halfbreed rested by the side of her, she had never been fed so much delicious food in her entire life. Her stomach had grown from huge to titanic, and sloshed around on the floor. It had been smothered in strange greasy sigils by Ar'dalla, presumably as some strange form of good luck. Ar'dalla relished every moment of this night, not because she had grown to like the underspawn, but that it could be her last night before Krazoa came.

"Damn, that's definitely enough to keep you well-fed until morning." Argus could only look at the halfbreed with dazed eyes, both were fatigued. With as much strength as she could muster, she muttered the following before she fell into a deep sleep as the moonlight shone onto the city.

"Ya think?"

The training is nearly finished, although on this night it's the sort of training Argus had never expected, with big results!
