I've been wanting to make an animated icon for a while now. I haven't made one since 2013. It didn't turn out as good as I'd hope (I think I should've removed the outline of his hair when I made him glow, but I didn't realize this until I was really far into this. :/ ) I don't have much experience in pixel art or animating them. But I think I'm going to try to make more. I've seen a lot of cute pixel art here lately that's making me want to get into it a little more. Edit: So I did some work on it, and it looks a lot better, but for some reason here on dA, it still has a weird black-ish outline on the outside of the green glow, which isn't there on the actual gif. :/

Used MughalRox's base here: I did edit the body slightly though.
