Yeah, I could never figure out why people don't use the two references they always carry with them. *scratches head*

I remember when I used to connect the knuckles to spaces between the fingers! Oh those were the days X'D Loved that you touched up on that kind of tiny mistake

Yeah, you're not the only one who used to make that mistake. Thanks for noticing.

WOW thanks for the bone reference, hands havent ever really been a problem for me but i like knowing the correct anatomy. its good to know the bone structure or else hands will start to look double jointed or something...it kills me when people draw bubble hands and whine and say, "i cant draw hands so heres a fluffy cloud attached to the end of this arm"...crazy.You made this so easy to follow any and i mean ANY basic artist or hobbie artist can learn from this. this will help me in the future FOR SURE

I agree with 'if you know the basics, you can do anything' and 'if you know the rules, you can break them' (they go hand in hand). So I try to get as basic as I can. Glad you thought it worked.

Hands were always very hard to draw for me, but I guess I can finally get better with this . I'm tired of drawing people with hands behind their backs XD

Nice. Great tips. Hands are my favorite thing to draw since one can express a lot with hands as well as movement and object handling.
I almost though Ed was picking his nose at the end sorry lol.

Eh, I forgive you.
I agree that hands can be very expressive when drawn correctly. They can actually be pretty fun. :
