Ah yes, a fine speciment of early 'Lampost man'  originaly found in the Bristol area. This was found very close to an 'Original' piece of art - the period of which is still undiscovered - yet it is belived that a breakthrough may be imminent!

Damn. How has our country become so anal?
I mean how much lampost climbing goes on in Bristol!
Has there been an epidemic of out of control lampost climbers?

It's probably a sucurity measure - don't you know that terrorists have been trained to climb lamposts in special camps in Afghanistan!
Or maybe it's desperate people who can't afford bulbs due to the recession.

But it is actually non of the above, it is in fact to prevent illegal immigrants, who are trying to avoid the authorities, by climbing up lamposts where no-one can see them.

Phew! Thank God, the autorities are there to protect us all - you never know what might happen!

And even this example was only visible briefly, and is now again obscured by a wave of anti-climb paint which swept over the local lampposts...
