Description A visual representation of Dan's future tattoos. Depression seems to bring out the creativity in both of us. The idea is his, the illustration is mine.

there are many connotations to be taken and assumed.. im looking purely at the iamge and your rendition. the faceless face, the stretched pants mimicking the ribs and abs muscles but that those items are left indiscriminate.. like the body is some formless shape too.. resounding of the lack of facial identity.. lost in this it is here that i find my interpretation.. not to say what it is.. but what it could be.

your uncomplicated shapes and posture make it accessible, approachable.. i indeed approve

Tell Dan he has a brilliant mind.
I love the simplicity of the face. The hair highlights are done well.
Bkgd cut lines are nice. SOmethign about the gradient bugs me - dunno what.
Perfect pose.

Very nice idea the outlining on the characters arms is simply very good. I like the simple colors and layout. The basic background is nice as well.

Good job on this.

Wow, you are really getting that style down path. It looks so natural and easy (the colors) but they have such angular edges, I hope you understand what I mean

And the pose is really nice too, did you work off that with a photograph or are you just doing these from your own imagination?

I don't know about those tatoos though... I mean wouldn't that be the kind you might regret down the road? Be kinda depressing to see everyday after you are feeling better. But I am not a big fan of tatoos cause I change my feelings towards things too often, I know I hate it after a few years and regret ever getting it, plus it just looks painful

The good thing is they aren't my tattoos (I have none). They will be dan's. he is saving them for when he knows he will never have to go through another formal job interview ever again. He is a comic book artist, he and I have a little site we are building [link] . He hasn't been able to put his comic up there yet due to comicon coming up so soon. but you can see issues 1-3 at his old anglefire site [link] . Oh and if you think it sucks at the begining, give it time, it developes into an awesome comic.

I guess that wouldn't go over well in an interview! Don't get me wrong though, nothing wrong with tatoos, I think they look pretty neat, just on other people I just couldn't do it myself because I am too fickle and a wimp when it comes to pain, I won't even get my ears pierced

I love to go to one of those comic cons or any kinda of gaming/anime one but they never come down here. I guess the south is just not hip enough I am about to look at the links now, thank ya for them!
