Description
This is NOT a joke. I just had someone say they thought I was being funny. All info on this is 100% true.^PurpelBlur and ^misskittyoooo are running a week contest On the off change I do win something. Ill be donating the sub to someone else. As I don't need it. I donate to soo many different things. I just wish I was able to someone donate the cost of it to $Moonbeam13 but I don't think I'm able to..
Ok so far so many people have been saying about woman and breast cancer.. what about the men that get it too!.. Its not just about woman. Men get it too!
Why isn't this being brought to peoples attention too!
I have not seen anything at all about the men getting breast cancer on DA yet.
Thank you to `timmy64 Who mentioned to me this afternoon that he didn't realise until a few days ago, much like a lot of males don't realise. They can get breast cancer too.
So thanks `timmy64 for putting the idea into my head.
Thanks ^PurpelBlur for just being you
And to *osirisgodofdeath talking to me 100 miles an hour keeping me from losing my mind while I made this..
It took a little while to do., as I'm so fussy. I changed my mind with the lay out about 10 times lol.. changed the colours sooo many times Ive lost count. Then looking up the info as I wasn't 100% sure about the numbers etc. So I wanted to make sure I had the correct information first.
Well what a lovely surprise
And thank you to the GD who moved it to the correct cat

i think people don't give the needed reaction because of the text font ... use a more business like font and colours. (just an opinon)
that is scary ... unfortounatly many guys here are not over the school days jokes.
its fatal.

huh???? The font this is made in has nothing at all to do with people not giving breast cancer in men the attention it needs.
I dont care if this gets no attention what so ever.
Im talking about all over the world noone gives breat cancer in men the attetion, because people just dont think of men having breasts so they dont think of men getting it.
Nothing at all to do with what I made here or the font that was used.
This here thing I made gets a hell of a lot of reaction
Be it good or bad, in this case any responce is a good one, because it means even if they dont like it or think its funny, they are awear of it now, when before they wernt.

I miss understood you .
I still retain my comment about the font.., in my own opinion a scientific fact should look different than other amicable text.
I didn't know of this issue until i saw this .. i really appreciate your move of raising the awareness.

I didn't want it to look different though. That is my point. I wanted it to come across soft not all serious. That kinda thing scares people.
Which is why I chose that font.
Believe it or not, I did think about colours and fonts to use, it wasn't a last min thing, It took me about an hour to find everything that fitted together and gave off the impression I wanted it to give off.
By you saying it looks like any other amicable text. Means I have done what I wanted to do, because that is just what I wanted to do.
Thank you for your feedback though

I have always felt my man breasts are invincible. Now I simply know there are more trials they must pass to prove their awesome glory.
...seriously, I never figured breast cancer to be a big problem as far as MEN are concerned. However, upon further reflection, men might die from breast cancer out of sheer pride or stubbornness to check out lumps and such.

Plenty of men think that they can't get breast cancer, just like they think they're immune from things like domestic abuse and rape. These men are infected with a disease known as "Stupid," an ailment that affects many men worldwide. Nice job on the poster!

thanks for pointing this out to everybody, you did a wonderful job and the colors are great.
I had a friend whose father got breast cancer, luckily he was a cancer specialist himself, and got the best possible care from his colleges.

Do you not have nipples? Nipples are generally associated with breasts. Males do infact have breasts though they are not as noticable as that of a females.
Futhermore, your comment makes you look like the "NEWB". If you wish for this "club" account to be succeful I'd suggest that you discontinue such behavior.

Alright let me help you out.. Posting in all caps is considered yelling by the general internet community. Also the proper way to write that cooment would have been like so: You're so a newb (or n00b) too! OR You are such a newb too!
Though in this case what would I be a "NWB" to? Life or perhaps anatomy? No actually I am quite knowledgeable in the human anatomy (admitingly I don't know the name of each part) and I am most certain males have breasts.
I am sorry you lack the understanding of this simple fact.

I think the main reason it isn't mentioned is that it only accounts for about 1% of all cases and out of the billions of men on the planet only a little over 1000 die yearly. I wonder statistically if doing certain things like taking estrogen theropy and so forth raises the chances of male breast cancer.
Regardless, though, that's a very interesting and often overlooked fact. Few people know that it is even possible in males because the focus is so heavy towards the female persuasion. Rightly so, though, as it continues to be a very deadly form of cancer in women. Nevertheless, while it is much more rare in males, it's important to be aware that it exists. Better safe than sorry. Kudos!
