Heh. "This kid" is Calvin of Calvin and Hobbes fame (probably the most imaginative newspaper comic of the 80's, check it out if you haven't). I don't Watterson licensed *anything* from the strip (he was like the Anti-Jim Davis) but people were always making bootleg t-shirts and what-not. Someone traced Calvin filling a waterbaloon and added stuff to make it look like he was peeing on a Ford logo and that phenomenon just exploded. It was like a pre-internet viral meme.

The funny thing is I kinda *like* Trixie. I'm waiting for an ep where she returns a little wiser but just as arrogant.
It's just that for the sake of the parody, no one else has a rivalry with that kind of symbolism. My other options were basically Celestia peeing on Nightmare Moon's cutie mark (a little obscure, kinda creepy) or Pinkie Pie peeing directly on Gilda (waaaaaay creepy).

(I had hesitated to really put this out there where people could see it, but I figure if I've already taken the time to draw a pony parody of a Calvin peeing decal and then taken the time to learn how to vector in Gimp so I can color it, we've passed the point where shame keeps me from making a fool of myself long ago.)
