I'll start with the horn- it's nice and detailed, but looks a bit flat at the bottom. I would work on making things look rounder with shading. The hair looks pretty good, the coloring and shading in it is amazing. The ear looks like it /may/ be a little too rounded in the back, but otherwise is perfect. Most of her face is done well, but the right eye is sticking out too much and it's pupil is too small. It should either have more of the face under it, or be pushed in a little. The nose goes too far out, and looks like it's too low. The bottom jaw is placed perfectly, though. I wouldn't change that, just the nose.
The background should probably be less dull, and either a lot lighter or a lot darker then Twilight. She doesn't stand out enough here.
Sorry this is so short, but your drawing is /really/ good, so there's not a whole lot I can say about it. I love the shading overall, and the color is beautiful.
