Back in the early days of the Dreamcast a lot of people decided they would pass on it and wait for the PS2 - this strip was produced a mere 4 months after the DC's 9.9.1999 launch and satirized that mindset. Otto appears to have evolved into a complete jackass in the 4 years since the 1995-96 run ended, though it seems Andrah's gotten used to it by now and is more than capable of riposte.
