Description
Here's 210 minutes of luminance data on one of the most majestic galaxies -- the Andromeda Galaxy (M31).I will have the red, green and blue data in the next few days and will present the final product, then.
Takahashi FSQ-106, SBIG STL-11000M at -15 degrees Celsius.
Processed in PixInsight: DynamicCrop, DynamicBackgroundExtraction, HDRWaveletTransform (7 wavelets; 1 iteration, luminance mask), HistogramTransformation and MorphologicalTransformation (morphological median; 7x7 round).
Finished off in Photoshop CS 5.1
Finished product coming in the next few days.
