Oh I see indeed, but at times you kinda over look details like that. Just focus more on the fact there is someone creeping around your camp. And you don't exactly like it.

Cyshkil's silent judging shall torment us all, he can look into our souls with one glance.

Though truthfully you got the point of the page across pretty well. Poor little Zero gets a scare of his life and Cyshkil is semi-bewildered by the boys reaction. Seeing as everyone he has encountered in Blood Sport thus far has been a blood thirsty creature.

I truly enjoy creating facial expressions, changing them around contorting them in a manor that makes their emotions come across. One of my favorite things about art.

I really appreciated, I know it took me quite a long time to reply. But that is merely because I really enjoyed your comments. Sadly though I am not entirely sure how to respond to them no matter how much I do enjoy them. I do hope you will tell me what you think of the comic in the future though!

Well, I am glad you enjoy my comments. It makes me very happy. I try to make a conscious effort to comment on artwork I like, because I would imagine everyone enjoys hearing that others appreciate a commonly shared interest. And there is joy in feeling admired, even if it is by only one person.

I even believe that receiving constructive criticism (good constructive criticism, not that flaming crap people do because it makes them sound 'mature') is a complement in itself because it means the person enjoyed you work enough to make it known but was also willing to help you grow as an artist.

I agree that playing with the expressions in comics is fun. I do enjoy playing with them and I have been trying to push myself by forcing to put myself in situations where I am required to draw 'outside the box' so to speak. One of my instructors told me "You don't truly understand something until you can draw it. Because, when you draw, you not only envision it in your mind, but also must replicate it on paper." It is a quote I truly admire and hold close to my heart...

On a side note (that this quote made me think of), I remember in one of your comments you mentioned struggles with drawing anatomy. I think you were practicing drawing Cyshkil without his shirt. I find that if you have the opportunity, buy an anatomy book and study the skeletal and muscular systems and that should help- especially if it discusses how the muscles flex and movement of the bones. There is a lot of information, but it really helps in learning to understand the human body; how it moves, how the bones rotate, and how tension in muscles add to the shape and texture. I really enjoyed my anatomy class, but there is more information so, if you want something more focused, a book would probably be best. I've also heard that if you want to improve learning how the body moves, buying one of those wooden dolls helps, too. They're a human figure and segmented around the arms legs and torso.

And don't worry about the late reply. I usually assume when I don't hear a response that you are busy or don't have anything to comment on (which is not a bad thing-- some people tend to be more quiet). I appreciate the response and am glad that my comments mean enough to you that you put thought into the reply. It is always a pleasant surprise when I do see them.

*exhales* So, now that I have finished writing, I have concluded that I write too much lol. And yet, even after noting that fact, I continue to write even after the comment is complete. Again, I will make a conscious effort to continue to comment on your panels. I do enjoy them.
