Question: Do you guys have a font file for the application? Photoshop is telling me I'm going to have to substitute the fonts, and I'd rather not- plus writing in Irken Fonts is pretty awesome.

I have one little complaint: Whenever I load Painttool SAI, I try opening this application but then something pops up saying 'Opening canvas failed.' Do you know why?

I am afraid I do not know why that is, I made this file a PSD because it is compatible with a variety of programs not just the actual Photoshop. If anything it mightbe your sai that is malfunctioning, perhaps try right clicking and saving it as a JPEG of some kind and putting that in your Sai as an alternative?

I only draw by hand.... I have no idea how to put my character on that so... yeah. Question is can I simply draw my entry then scan it? Do I have to use color? Can I switch from drawing to writing, as in one round comic another round is written out? (FYI I suck at doing things on the tablet or messing with any program. Even Gimp is hard for me to do it as is paint.) I just wanted to know if I can actually do this or if I should just walk away and realize that I got no chance at all.

When you finish them and when the group is open to accept members and applications you just send them on over to the group and put them in the application folder that takes 'visual' entries

IN a way yes, it is a similar type of Character Vs Character tournament but some aspects about how its run, and the way the rounds shall be presented along with the 'plot' of the group are gonna be different.

Anyhow. I have a question concerning the Misc part. What do you recommend goes there?

But the Misc section is really just what ever things you want to bring extra attention to.
Like does your character have a tattoo? Scars? Does their outfit have a type of layer you want to point out?
Its what ever miscellaneous details you haven't been able to put in the other section

No no not a hassle at all ^^ all I really had to do was copy and paste the visuals from one picture to the next ^^ easy as pie! (though pie is really hard to make for me @~@)

And 2 more teeny weeny questions. I loved the idea of "Cambots" from the bloodsport and stuff others were creating, am I allowed to have one of my own design in Trails By Fire?
And 2 - had the interesting idea of having Zero (in her bloodsport) bring Duuir (the female antelope steed thing person whatsit) is that allowed in TBF? To bring allowed a steed or donkey or pet of somekind?

The cambot design is going to be up to you as to how you want it to look and how you want to present it, There might be a few requirements that we will put out on it when it comes to coloring and such. How ever these are not completely hammered down as of yet, when the auditions begin there will be further details in that journal.
And question number two:
Pets and drone like creatures are fine, like if you wanted an character with a rabbit or such that would be fine.
As long as they do not interfere with the rounds/fights and aren't and actual oc.
For example no mother and child duo fighting through the battles together.
Girl and her donkey though? A okay.
A type of pet would be helpful to play out the progression of the rounds, it is hard to progress when your oc is just taking to themselves most of the time.

Okie doke, with my species however the irken tallest red and purple dont know about my species planet (I have why written in the description of the application) because of that would it be ok if the drone bot got knocked out of orbit and landed on the planet instead? Thought it would be a nice twist on things ^^
Oh no I know that I meant like a steed to help her from place to place and carrying a few of her things ^^

I like to get started on things before others so I feel I have a lot of time so I dont feel too rushed XP its a thing with me because of highschool and such better to get it in early and adjusts things later than feel rushed in the time im given (but thats just me ^^"") I can always change things according to what's new in the group ^^
