i felt like questioning my self... what is true love?so came up with this. "the weeping widow"
true love in my opinion is not leaving someone's side no matter what, and stick to that person.
i wanted to make this portrait of this widow, she's like a song swan, beautiful and grieving for her lost lover. as some people may know swans only have one mate their whole life. I'm quite in love with this piece actually. Which i randomly started to paint on.
done with Acrylics on 50x70cm canvas

yes I'm doing allot of random artworks and i never seem to finish anything
i just wanted to finish this because allot of people seemed interested in it :l but i think i will be keeping this :'D <3

This is extremely gorgous! I like your style and the painting it self. So beautiful and fragile, in a way, in my opinion.
I love the way you've mixed gothic and lolita (I just see it that way, I might be wrong) to the widows clothing and style in general.
The skeleton then... Amazing!

True, but corset makes the looks more gothic
