According to my 5 second research, some termites have wings, but the members of the worker class can't fly. I could be wrong on this.

I'm sorry, that's not really something I'd be doing for the hell of it, nor do I have good knowledge of how to use the tools required to make the type of effect I believe you are looking for.
(I'd consider investing my time in it if you want to commission me though. :P)
