Description
A falcon within the Charleston SC Aquarium. I'm sure that this beautiful bird isn't normally in the small cage I found it in, however, when I did it was in a cage that was about 8 feet tall, 10 feet across, and five feet wide. It was looking out of a window to the outside... it was kind of sad, actually.Related content

It's stare is so sweet. I want to free it into the skies

About four to five feet away I'd say. So pretty close!

A beautifully photographed image. Very sharp focus on the bird's eye, and great details in the feathers, with a wonderful depth of field for the background. Certainly one to be proud of!
You can sense the longing to be outside.

Thank you!
And yes, it was very sad to see him like that. He just sat there, staring outside longingly. It kind of broke my heart.
