Description
Carrotia is one of Wendy Witchcart's minions from Tails Sky Patrol. I've taken a lot of liberties with her design as she didn't have much to work with. I've went with a 'Classic Amy meets Madonna with a bit of Ben Bates Bunnie D'Coolette' look for her.Carrotia (C) Sega / Sonic Team
