I don't really watch the series, but I can appreciate what the show does for helping to eradicate discrimination and normalize gender preference, relationships, archetypes, and racial diversity. I see it pop up on my tumblr pretty much every day, especially when there's a song or shit hits the fan.From what I know Pearl's got that whole 'last one standing' thing going on, especially since Rose Quartz is out of the picture. I haven't really explored with more serious themes, so I thought this would be as good a time as any to give it a shot!

Thank you, I'm glad that I did the series justice! A lot of my friends are fans of the show so I thought it'd be nice to surprise them a little. I really love the show's art and the direction it's headed.

Well, when the series was first announced I really wasn't too interested. It was only a few months ago that I really started to get into it. I'm not sure what drew me into it but I really like how the characters interact with one another, especially Steven and the Crystal Gems, with their family-like dinamic. Also, I like the original ideas and general plot of the series. Plus, it's very funny. I think what I liked most thus far was Garnet's song "Stronger that You", it's just so catchy.
