Description
The Real Deal™, NASA's Space Launch System in its operational and manned configuration. The Exploration Upper Stage (EUS) makes it capable of lifting 110 tons of cargo to Earth Orbit, or 38 tons to the Moon (with Orion and a crew). If testing on the EUS goes well, the first manned mission of Orion, Exploration Mission 2 should take a crew of 4 to test the spacecraft in a distant Lunar orbit in 2020 or 2021.
