Personal of entry of Decepticon communications officer and commando, Soundwave. Air commander Starscream has brought us here to this planet aboard the Nemesis.
Information has been distributed that our enemy, Optimus Prime has defeated Lord Megatron.
I calculate a seventy five percent probably that Starscream is cherry picking the truth and that there was more to the incident than he his admitting.
As a Decepticon, my duty and loyalty is to Lord Megatron. If he is offline then my alliances are severed. I owe Starscream no loyalty.
Therefore I must choose.
I have listened, impartially, to the appeals of both sides.
Logically, I concede that Optimus Prime has a point. This war will, eventually make our kind extinct and the fighting becomes meaningless.
Starscream however also has a valid point. The death of our leader must not go unpunished. Such an affront to us can not be ignored. Reparations must be made.
Now come’s my choice.
My companion, Shockwave; whom I have not seen since the exodus; would always take the path dictated by logic. Beyond all else he values logic more than friendship and even loyalty.
And while I also value logic, my judgements come from the core of my spark not just my processor.

The decision is not a hard one to make.

Optimus Prime and the Autobot’s must die.

it's been a little while since i did any Transformer stuff so it was building up. So here I am with... SoundWave.

"Soundwave superior, constructicons inferior!"

"Laserbeak... prepare for flight. operation... destruction!!!"

As for Soundwave's alternate mode. Well... when designing him I really didn't have one ^^ so I'll just cheat and say my soundwave, like Megatron, didn't bother with an earth mode and that his alt form is a cybertronian tank or something..
