Interesting design. Though the flag of the Southwest Commonwealth was in Fallout New Vegas, seen most easily over Doc Mitchell's home at the beginning of the game in case you didn't know. If you did and this is just an alternative, then carry on.

Are you referring to thisΒ flag Β ?
In that case, that's not the flag of the Southwest Commonwealth, but the Nevada state flag Β with "Southwest Commonwealth" written on it (suggsting that the old US states might have kept their original flags, but included the name of their new commonwealth).
The flag of New Mexico for example, might look something likeΒ this Β in the Fallout universe.

Yeah I know, I always thought that was a bit lazy that they just replaced the name of Nevada for the flag. At the very least you'd think they'd just make an equal division on the flag and put all the state flags on it that comprised that commonwealth. The merging of the designs looks better though.
