Decided to correct her face and suddenly understood that the girl looked like Daenerys, so I changed a hair-style too

I just felt the head proportion look a bit strange so I did some liquify on it. (Maybe it's just a different style)

First of all I think you should google 'Daenerys'
Also her proportions are fine, maybe a chin a bit bigger than actress has, but that's more about real person similarity, not proportions. On picture you attached you didn't changed proportions of head and face, you just changed a silhouette of her profile. In other words you changed face features, so she started to look as absolutely different character. Well, JustTaira said, as Cersei)
