WEATHER UPDATE!!!-----WEATHER UPDATE!!!-----WEATHER UPDATE!!!

Here is a new theme inspired by a screenshot I saw here with my twists added. The large skin in the center I call TECH-C (inspired by Burnwell88's TECH-A & B). It has 4 Folder buttons, 5 Program buttons, 2.PC buttons, 10 Internet buttons, 4 Utilities Hex buttons and Animation On and Off buttons. The visualizer is by 99Villages. The weather skin is Mike's Weather. Everything you see is included plus Layout. Wallpaper and Fonts are in the resources folder. Don't forget to install the fonts. All text, Line and some background colors can be changed in the Variables file in the Settings folder. Tap on the player skin to open your music, and tap on the Syst Vol to increase or decrease PC volume. Click on Cortana to launch Google. There is a blue rotator behind the TECH-C skin to give it some zing. Have fun and Enjoy!

Thanks to VClouds For updating VCLouds Weather 2. I just did some editing to replace this weather skin.
*Note. to change location, open weather folder and click on User Variables. Where it says Location=, enter old weather code (USAB1234 as an example), zip code or copy and paste that long code at the end of the url when you look up your city at Weather.com,
